Is it bedtime yet???

Today I'm watching a thirteen-month-old in addition to my girls. It has been a fun day, but I am worn out! The combination of a toddler and my preschoolers is a work out. Lauren and Emily don't want to leave poor William alone. I think I've said a million times today, "Put him down. Stop hugging him. He doesn't want your kisses. NO, YOU CAN NOT WRESTLE WITH HIM, EMILY!" I think I have my answer to whether or not we need a baby brother... a baby brother would never survive. Emily loves being bigger than somebody and the first thing she said upon William's arrival was, "We big girls, you a little baby." I couldn't believe how content William was to sit in Emily's booster while I fixed dinner and cleaned up the kitchen, as in sit there happily for 45 minutes, then I realized it must seem like a very safe place where no little hands can get to him. I hope William won't need therapy after all the "love" he has received today!

Sounds like fun! Boys are tough though. Lauren wrestles, pushes and "beats up" on Luke all the time even before he was walking good. Course I do make her stop for those reading this comment who don't know me! Are you guys still on for the zoo on Thursday?
