June

June is almost here! I'm excited and overwhelmed at the same time. The first thing to come in June - my birthday. Lauren is excited about more birthday cake. Thinking about birthday cake makes me laugh since the only way I'll have a birthday cake is if I make it. Since June 1 falls on a Sunday we celebrated tonight by going to eat at Pei Wei. The girls did pretty well since the restaurant was loud and that is what they need. Tommorrow afternoon our SS Class is having a picnic. I've been telling the girls in charge it is so sweet that they wanted to throw a big party to celebrate my birthday! Also coming in June: a week in the mountains for family vacation, a trip to FL to celebrate my grandmother's 90th birthday, VBS - I'm the director, and to close June out - a trip to SC to see my mom's family. Whew, I'm going to be busy. Thankfully, my mom has been here the last couple of days so that I could work on VBS stuff. I feel a little green when I think about VBS and the magnitude of it, but I think it will all come together. Keep me in your prayers, I'm going to need them!
