We took our annual Mountain Vacation with my family last week. Jason loved playing golf every day and the girls loved playing with their cousin, Ethan, and spending time with my brothers and their wives. We did lots of swimming, lots of driving, and a little bit of hiking - after 20 yards the girls wanted to quit and just drink water and eat snacks. During our venture into civilization, Lauren rode go-carts for the first time. She was very serious about it and wanted to be in the lead the whole time. Emily loved the swings and the train ride. I think the highlight for me was walking through the gardens at the The Lilly Barn and seeing a mama bear and two cubs during our drive through Cades Cove.
