Yesterday was my 32nd birthday. The girls and I spent the day at my parents and we all had a great time. The girls spent most of their time swimming and playing in the backyard and I enjoyed watching them have so much fun. My parents had planned to take us out to lunch, but the girls were having so much fun they didn't want to leave, so we had ate outside on the patio, instead. My mom made me a birthday cake and then when I got home, Jason had bought Gigi's Cupcakes, so I was on a sugar high. Jason always picks out beautiful flowers, and I really love them! He doesn't understand why I feel the need to take pictures of my flowers and cupcakes. Our babysitter is at camp this week, so I opted to not go out for dinner last night. We're about to have four days of dinners by ourselves and I think Jason making the effort to find a babysitter for last night, meant as much to me as going out would have. My day ended with a birthday call from my far away friend, Amy! Thanks, Amy! The rest of the week is going to be spent getting ready for our anniversary trip. I'm counting down the days!
